One-Time Meeting

When is this a good option?

A one-time meeting works well when you want to address one or two financial questions. Maybe you want to have your portfolio validated by a professional, discuss cash flow issues, or make sure you are optimizing your employee benefits. The one-time meeting will give you access to a financial advisor who can provide you with objective advice.

This can also be a great option if you haven’t worked with a financial adviser before and you want to dip your toe in the water rather than diving in headfirst.

Cost

The cost is an hourly of $350 per hour. This typically includes an initial one to two hour meeting with us with recommendations and actions items for you to complete.


Flat Monthly Fee

When is this a good option?

Flat monthly fee plans can be a good option when you have more than one or two questions and you are comfortable implementing the recommendations on your own. As your financial advisor we provide the investment and retirement analysis and present recommendations in a (2) two hour session once a month. 

This services also includes:

< Portfolio integration with access to a personalized online website viewing all of your consolidated accounts at other firms updated daily through a personalized client portal.

< A client digital vault to upload all important documents into a personally customized secured vault, which you can access at anytime and anywhere through a client login access portal.

Cost

As a financial advisor our charge is based on need and flexibility. This will be a flat $500  monthly fee with a minimum engagement of (3) three months. No matter the complexity of your financial situation and lifestyle goals your goals are our goals which means your monthly fee will never change.

*The cost of a Comprehensive Financial Plan is a separate charge that will depend on the scope of the engagement and complexity which range from $500-$2,000. Keep in mind if your financial situation is complex as to include advanced Tax & Estate Planning you may want to choose our ongoing Comprehensive Financial Planning option.


Ongoing Comprehensive Financial Planning

When is this the best option?

Ongoing comprehensive financial planning works well for people who don’t have the time, knowledge, or desire to manage their finances. With this service, we as your financial advisor will guide and coach you through your financial life. Have a financial question, give us a call or email, we will recommend the best course of action, and will help you implement the recommendations. This option works well for people who want to have ongoing access to a financial planner that also includes a (2) strategy session at an affordable price.

With ongoing planning, we often take on the role as your financial quarterback and provide advice, coaching and accountability. This is truly full service and typically covers most facets of your financial life such as: estate planning, insurance analysis, investment analysis, cash flow/budgeting, employee benefits optimization, tax planning, retirement planning, and college planning.

This services also includes:

< A client digital safe to upload all important documents into a personally customized secured vault, which you can access at anytime and anywhere through a client login access portal.

< Complementary (1) one hour consultation with our Strategic Partners (CPA's, Estate Planning/Elder Care Attorney & Insurance Agents).

Cost

For this type of service there is a monthly retainer with a minimum engagement of (3) three months. We will charge $500-$3000 upfront one-time fee for the initial planning phase and an optional monthly on-going fee of $300 – $500 per month depending on the complexity of your financial needs.

Alternatively, if we manage your portfolio assets our advisory charge is based on an annual fee of 0.25 - 0.75% (minimum investable assets $250,000) billed quarterly based on the account value after every quarter, this truly puts us on the same side with our clients.


Investment Management

We also offer portfolio management services. It is a distinction between recommending asset allocations and managing portfolios.

Cost

Fees for portfolio management range from 1.50% to 0.75% annually depending on the amount of assets we manage and how they are managed. Our fees are billed quarterly and based on your account value after every quarter (minimum investable assets of $250,000) this truly puts us on the same side with our clients. There are no additional fees for trading costs and underlying transaction costs.

*As an example, a 1.0% fee on $1,000,000 means you are charged $10,000 per year.

< (4) four quarterly comprehensive portfolio reviews, that include an asset allocation and a portfolio risk analysis review. Monthly & Quarterly Market Commentary with our strategic money managers.

< Retirement Income/Estate Planning Needs Analysis.
